Plainly, without legal fog: what VERDIKT does, what it does not do, and what we agree on.
What this service is
VERDIKT is an information and analytics service. We take an image of your betting slip, read the events, markets and odds from it, compute our own probability estimate for each event, and compare it with the probability implied by the bookmaker’s odds.
We are not a bookmaker. We do not accept bets, we do not hold or move money to bookmakers, we are not an intermediary between you and any operator, and we run no affiliate links.
Who may use it
You must be 18 or older, and you may only use the service where local law allows it. Checking that your country permits this is your responsibility.
By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
What we do not promise
We do not give match predictions, we do not publish bet lists, and we do not decide for you where your money goes. We price the slip you built yourself.
We do not guarantee winnings and cannot guarantee them. A probability estimate is an estimate, not knowledge of the future. Any individual match stays a random event, and the decision to bet is yours alone.
Your account
One person, one account. Use a working email address — that is where pass reminders go.
Keeping your password safe is your responsibility. If you suspect someone else has access to your account, change the password and write to us.
Passes and payment
We sell a prepaid pass for a period of time, not a subscription. A pass never renews itself and never charges you twice — it simply expires, and we warn you two days before.
If you decide to leave early, we refund the unused days to the same payment method within three working days of your request.

What you may not do
You may not scrape the service automatically, resell access, present our analyses as your own, or work around plan limits by technical means.
You may not upload images that are not betting slips, or anyone else’s personal data.
Ending access
You can delete your account at any time — write to us and we will remove it together with your analysis history.
We may close access if these terms are broken. If the account held a paid pass, unused days are refunded.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top, and we email you about anything significant.
