Privacy
What data we collect, why we need it, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
Your email address — so you have an account and we can write to you about your pass.
A feed name — only if you choose to set one. By default your name is hidden.
The slip images you upload and the results of analysing them.
Your country, derived from your IP address — so we can show prices in your currency and a payment method that works where you are.
Technical data: device type, browser language, request times. Needed to run the service and keep it safe.
Why we need it
To make the service work: sign-in, slip analysis, history in your account, paying for a pass.
To defend against abuse: password guessing, farming free analyses.
We do not use your data for advertising profiles and we do not sell it to anyone.
Your screenshots
Slip images sit in private storage. Only your account can reach them — a stranger with a direct link cannot open them.
A screenshot never reaches the public feed.
What others can see
The shared feed shows an anonymised row: a name (or a blank instead), the match, and the verdict.
Stake amounts are never shown — we never ask for them in the first place.
You can hide your feed name in account settings at any moment.
How long we keep it
For as long as the account exists. Delete the account and we delete the email, the analysis history and the uploaded images.
Anonymised entries in the open log remain: they cannot be traced back to a person, and the log being unchangeable is part of our transparency promise.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct something inaccurate, or have everything deleted. Write to the support address and we will answer within a reasonable time.
Cookies
We set only what the service cannot run without: your sign-in session and your chosen language. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
